i have heard about this. supposedly it speeds metabolism up and helps to burn fat. research it on google. they may give more info on there. x

reader, anonymous, writes (14 April 2009): My girlfriend knows someone who lost a lot of weight putting apple cider on almost everything she ate. My friend did it too, but I didn't see the weight loss. Vinegar is a blood thinner so be careful, definitely check with your doctor first.
