I dont think ill be much help love as I dont live in the u.k But ive been to a unfair dismissal tribunal, And won my claim, I had to go infront of my employer and a bunch of officials and voice my oppinion on the circumtstances and then they make a decition based on the facts as they see them hunny, I was awarded 2 months salary and my court fees paid so I had time to get another possition. Ive been on the other end as well were a nurse was taken to tribunal in london for unprofessional conduct and was struck of the register and that was just a case of going into a huge court room and stating what had occured during the period of time the said person had been on duty.. I hope this helps a little love Im sure there are more people out there with a better knowledge that me TAKE CARE WITH LOVE MANDY xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
