It's awful because im felling really ill at school beause of it and i cant really tell anyone because its not really a normal conversation. Any suggestions would be really helpful, thanks x

many of you say oh you dont need to tell your mum. but its hard because last night it leaked through to my pjs so i had to tell her about that, its waayy to embarrassing! i just want to scream at her im not a baby - she always fusses and asks questions and im really not up to it. i find to whole thing wayyy to embarrassing and i cant talk to it about anyone - me and my mum are not really that close at all.

You don't have to check in with her every month to let her know. I am sure she is just going to let you get on with it now she knows to keep the pads stocked up.
If you are feeling unwell then take some ibuprophen, they are great for muscles and period pain etc. Yo can take paracetamol at the same time as Ibuprophen but just be careful and don't take them too often. Read the label.
If you feel really terrible every month then talk to your mum about that. They should settle down after a while. I used to get a bad pain, just for a minute, when I ovulated which was really useful as I knew I was going to start my period the next day... but that stopped after a few months.
Good Luck!! xx

I'm sure your friends wouldn't mind. I don't tell my mum either, as I find it hugely embarassing and she tends to check up on me. 'Have you changed your pad at lunch and break?' And I feel like screaming at her to butt out and shut up.
Mum's are magic, she'll know anyway. If you're feeling ill at school, you could take a paracetamol before you go to school to easy the stomach ache but also if it starts wearing off lots of schools will give you hot water bottles to borrow if you've got a stomach ache, if you don't want to tell them you've got period pain just tell them you've got a stomach ache.
Good luck. It get's easier. x
