I tried many years ago with another boyfriend and even though lube was used it was painful and felt like I was doing a poo! I wondered if anyone had tips as to what the best way of doing it is? I know I shall use plenty of lube, but does it also help to push down slightly at the same time? My boyfriend is very loving and know he will be very gentle, I also said that I would need to make sure I am completely relaxed and turned on a lot beforehand to the point of near orgasm, would this help too?

Start off very slow and if it ever gets too painfull then stop immediately.

have him start with oral and as he performs oral to gently use his finger first one then two and so on until your a little loosened up and turned on enough so that when he puts his penis in you it wont be as painful or also try anal beads those help a lot :) have fun
