Am I falling for my friend?

I've know this guy for around 3 years, we've been the best of friends and we're friends with each other's friends. And lately we've especially been talking a lot and telling each other that we love each other and at first I was meaning it in a friendly way. He's always on my mind, my friends are annoyed with how I always bring him up, I always hope he'll come online (he lives in another country) and talk to me, and when I tell him that I love him I only partially mean it in a friendly way. I don't know if I'm falling for him or not.
