After his cheating, I forgave him. But why can't I get over these thoughts of mistrust?

I feel like ever since I caught my boyfriend flirting with some girl on facebook who happen to be in his class who he was planning on meet up with, I feel like I can't really trust him...but I love him alot...and I forgave him...We moved on from that but I still find it hard to trust him...I find myself disliking him sometimes and hurting. Because of what he did...He promise me he will never do it again...so on and so on
