We're not lawyers here. If you really need legal advice, see one. Or alternatively, just keep him out of your pants for the next 10 months.
Hard to do, I know, but think about this. If you make a mistake and are wrong about the law and then get caught, he could be labeled as a sex offender for the rest of his life. That means he could do time in jail, his name and address go up on the internet, and he'll always have a hard time ... maybe an impossible time ... getting a job. This country has gone stark raving nuts on the subject of sex offenses lately, and even one little mistake gets you branded forever.
So, ya, seeing a lawyer will cost you some important money, and not having sex for almost a year is agony. But it's sure as all get-out better than the possible alternative!
