Personally as an older woman I like to be courted with flowers and champagne and for a date I would like a good meal at a top class restaurant with nice ambience. I think flowers being sent to the office always goes down well. Also make sure you tell them how attractive they are and be complimentary at all times. Also I like car doors being opened and men to stand when I leave the table.

Hello, I see.
What you should do is take her to a resturant or to a fancy pub. Bring her some Chocolates or Flowers. Dont move onto kissing her. If she wants to kiss you she will make the move. The way to ask her is just say to her "Would You Like To Come On A Date With Me???" .
Hope this helps.
