For a first time, before you're talking about it, go slow and keep you teeth completely out of the picture. Lots of tongue, lots of saliva. Wet and slurpy is great. Decide *before* you start how you want it to end -- do you want to get him almost there and finish with your hand, or is it a spit/swallow question?
