writes: Hey there!First off, I'm 15, turning 16 next week, so this is coming from a high schooler. There's this boy I like who I've been working with on the school plays for the past few months, and right now we are putting on the middle school play. Thing is, I've developed a liking towards him in the...more than friend way. Now, I believe he may like me back, but I'm always really doubtful of anything like that. One minute, he'll seem like he does, and acts like he does, and the next I'll be telling myself that he doesn't for a stupid reason. A lot of people around us have guessed that I like him, and they say that they think he has mutual feelings.Over the past few weeks, we've spent a lot of time together, and I'm thinking of asking him whether or not he feels the same way that I do. However, I'm thinking that by doing that, I would have one of three outcomes. 1) He has mutual feelings. 2) He doesn't, but isn't awkward with me afterwards. or 3) he doesn't, and then starts to avoid me afterwards. He doesn't seem like the type of guy to do #3, so I'm not quite worried about that.Other things: He's a senior, but going to a nearby college, therefor living at his parent's house.Any advice would be amazing, thanks (: Reply to this Question Share |

I'm 16, the same age so I know how it feels to wonder about if a boy likes you or not. I think that since he is going off to college he will be out of the school in time to come. I think you should tell him how you feel, don't do it near the times when you are doing the play or around anyone else. Take him aside and tell him you like him. No one will know what the outcome will be, so don't be so quick to listen to rumors. Good luck!
