It is really up to yourself how you want to spend your 18th birthday and adapt it around to what suits you and what you really want to do. Off course 18 is a huge milestone and understandably you will want to celebrate it and remember it for years to come.
It really depends on what you are into as a person. Maybe there is a concert of a band or act that you really like. Maybe you could get a group to go and celebrate after the concert by going out. Or maybe you are in to amusement parks. Maybe you and your family and friends could all travel to an amusement park and have a fun day together while celebrating your birthday.
The most obvious one though would be to hold a party. If this is something that you would like to do then talk to your parents about it and see what they think. Its one of the best ways to celebrate your milestone. There are a few themes you could come up with like maybe a beach party? Get your friends to come in there beach wear and host a bbq and have a swimming pool. Or maybe you could have a cocktail themed night where there are plenty of different non alcoholic cocktails that will instantly make you feel like the adult you have become.
