A boy I've liked for over a year now had just ignored me till recently when we started work and i really want to tell him...dont want to scare him off though. despite working with him i just dont have the courage tostart a conversation off with him. but he started one with me for nothing about nothing. Im not reading in to this too quick because i really dont fancy being disapointed got any advice or tips please? x

i think you should go for it i mean you might lose him forever if you dont act now.
dont rush into anything to quick maybe get his number and start texting him or maybe just calmly walking up to him and asking him on date.
dont think that because your a woman you cant make the first move sometimes us women need to take control when it comes to love.
i dont know if he will say yes or no but even if he does say no just be calm and keep the friendship going.
everyone gets rejected at some point so dont let it get you down x
hope everything goes alright good luck x
