We hang out all the time now and remain best of friends. We still have feelings for each other, but he has to many issues to have a gf atm. Like he's too unstable to be my bf. almost as if he couldnt give me what i need from him. BUT we still mess around every once in a while. We are still virgins and have agreed to lose our virginities to each other. We love each other and have tried in the past but im so scared of pain and hes pretty big. So my question is what is the easiest way to have sex the first time with least pain? and what do you think about our decision?

i dont think your doing the right thing as your virginity is too special to loose when your not even in a relationship. having said that, it seems like you have made your mind up.the best way to do this is to make sure u have loads of foreplay. really turn eachother on, spend time exploring eachothers bodies and learn what you like. Wait untill you dont feel like you cant wait any longer then put a condom on him and use some lube. take it slowly and make sure you are compltely relaxed. find a position that you are both comfortable with. maybe he could give you some oral to really make you wet, which will help.good luck
