It started off normal, seeing each other through work now and then. As times moved on, the visits are more frequent, probably ten times more than they used to be and when we never spoke at all, we talk now at least once a week on the phone. Few months back things started getting flirty (on my behalf anyway) I thought she was married, she wasn't and had just split from her partner (unbeknown whether male or female). There were jokes about how much we talked, staying together in a hotel room this and that. We then went out outside work for coffee. My idea, she said I'll let you know, an hour later I get a text to meet for coffee. Things died down a bit afterwards. Then things seemed to go crazy. We were texting every night, she was phoning me with the randomess things to talk about and told me about splitting with the ex. I've asked her to do something outside of work twice, she says ill let you know when I'm free but hasn't yet still texts and calls me nearly everyday one or the other. She treats me different to all the others and makes me feel special but how special am I suppose to feel? She's started taking a huge interest in my personal life which I don't talk to people often about. We talk now more about personal things than work related issues which is frustrating sometimes due to any problems I have at work. She texts me from her personal number over weekends at stupid times like 11pm with kisses and winks etc. We've gone from no kisses to four. But why won't she spend time with me? Plus I text her last week asking how she was and got no reply. She is busy at the moment and it hasn't been long since the break up but am I wasting my time or is there something there? Please be honest as I have no idea. And to top it off I have no idea if she's a lesbian or bi or straight...neither does she with me by the way

Have you considered that she was looking for a FRIEND not a GF? And once she felt like you wanted more of a GF/GF thing then friendship she backed off a little?
