There have been a number of similar questions recently so I am thinking that no, you are probably not doing anything wrong, but clearly your bf is not getting aroused enough.  Why don't you ask him what you can change to get him to orgasm? There's no way for us to know how he's feeling. It's often helpful if he puts his hand over yours to show you exactly how he wants to be touched.
