I know that she is bi and once enquired to a friend about my sexuality to which my friend replied that I'm straight. But I'm strangley attracted to her. 1) Am I attracted to women or just this one woman?2) Could it be that I just see qualites in her that I wish I had myself?I know it seems stupid that I don't know the answer myself but it's just very confusing!

It could be both. And it could definitely be that you are attracted to men in general, but that you are attracted to her, and no other women. You don't have to label yourself as anything. It can be very confusing, but what is important to remember is that you need to do what you feel is right for you. If someone tries to tell you you must be bisexual because you like this woman, just say no. You don't have to like all other women just because you like this one. Labels are just silly when it comes down to it, and if you don't feel comfortable with a label then don't put it on.
If you are attracted to this woman, you know she is already interested in you. So perhaps you should make your move and let her know you are interested? Then see where it leads and find out what you like.
