The first time it was bad, it didn't want to go in, when it went in it didn't go in all the way and it hurt really bad and I ended up bleeding. So we waited a while and tried again (today) and the exact same thing happened. The thing is I have had sex before and never had any problems with it. So I don't understand why exactly I am having problems now. My friends said it might be the position or the lubrication. But can anyone give me a more solid answer on why it might be happening? Do you feel aroused enough when with him? Are you using lubrication? It could be something simple like that or it could be something else, you should go to your doctor to be on the safe side to make sure there are no health reasons for it.

Is he large? Sounds like 1. you arent wet enough and/or 2. He does not produce enough lubricant or 3. He is too big for you. Try buying lubricant and use it in plenty. See if that help. If not, he is just too big. You can, theoretically, adjust to his size. But if sex hurts, you are incompatible.

Go get a Gyno check up, OP
It can be your friend is right that you are not aroused enough, thus not wet enough for him to enter easily.
Or you are tensing up so much that it hurts when trying to have sex. Or you are having an infection "below deck" and that is why it hurts...
It's hard to tell, which is why I'd suggest you get a check up from your Gyno and as her/him what's going on.
