Hi I was just wondering why the links on this site eg career, finance are closed? Why aren't they still taking new questions?

To my knowledge those were sister sites to this one that didn't do as well. Since it takes a team of moderators to handle all the questions and answers it probably wasn't worth keeping those sites running.
