Andrew, site guy here!
Two updates:
1. Rating questions and answers is now much easier and cooler, check out the quick one-click star rating system. The more you rate the better the site becomes so please do rate!
2. I've tweaked the ratings algorithm for the top agony aunts (on the "Top agony aunts" page)... I think it's more accurate and it is much, much harder for sneaky people to "game".
