Hi everyone (especially mods)
Webform spam should take a nosedive, because forms are now rejected unless the person reads and follows some simple instructions on them.
This is the first update of the feedback that came out of the recent "what next" question.
Hope it makes modding just that little bit faster (it will certainly make the rejection percentages more accurate).
