I've found that when I have posted advice on questions that is considered "contraversial" by other posters (based on their reactions) my rating goes down. It's happened a few times now and I feel that this is unfair. Could it not be possible to make it so that a reason for a rating needs to be provided? I've seen this on another site and it filters out the 1* ratings from childish people who disagree with what you said, nomatter how legitimate or helpful to the asker the advice may be.
Just a thought! Other than that, I love this site and have loved being a mod so far x
