error

camillecamille, posted over a year ago

Sometimes 1 question will persistently show error when I've tried to reply. I can go and answer 5 more then come back to it, but the little blighter will still show error. I am not using any weird html thingys. Does anyone else have this problem? Or can anyone solve the mystery? Thanks

Sometimes if the question has managed to be approved with an & sign or your posting with an & sign or the header as this in, it will be cause error. I normally email Andrew to fix this as hes the only that can change it. Just let him know which question it is and he can ammend.

Regards

I also had that problem, where after it said error, the answer was actually appearing and so was duplicated many times. I avoided & signs but this time there's no & and no duplicating. Thanks though.

Sometimes there are errors that we cant see... Andrew can see the workings so he will be able to look at it for you.

This is basically all down to those pesky ampersands... AVOID WHEREVER YOU CAN!!!

There is a software problem that I am gradually working through.

But until it's fixed avoid the squiggly ands and just write "and"........

Cheers

ANDrew
