Hey everyone...
Just got back from some rather annoying clients. I just have to vent a bit about the woman or women who have been getting on my nerves on the porn factor.
I mean the other day I was looking at this REALLY cool video of this guy who spent 15 years building a scaled down model of a Ferrari car. It was truly gorgeous. He built it from scratch with absolutely NO previous car building or model building experience.
There were TONS of positive comments, congratulating him on his feat. My gosh, if I was wealthy, I would buy that model off of him, showcase it, and allow him to have more freedom to build further cars of that sort. I was in awe.
However, there was ONE comment from a guy named "jesus4ever" who said "Waste of time!" then when everyone dinged him for saying that, he came back and said something like "He should use his time to help the world! Help the poor! Help the sick!" etc, etc, etc.
That really annoyed me. As if that model builder spent 24/7 for the last 15 years just building that car. Yes, he didn't eat, didn't take dumps, didn't see his friends, nor work, nor do anything BUT build his model car. That jesus4ever guy simply categorized the model builder INTO one thing and called him and his hobby as a waste of time. If that were the case, then EVERYTHING we do is a waste of time. We don't need hobbies. We don't need anything!
It is an honorable thing to help out the poor, do some charity work, study in the medical field, devote our entire lives to that sort of thing. (Un)Fortunately, we all have different goals, interests, and stuffs that make us who we are as individuals. The world would be quite boring if we all did the same thing, and all look the same, all want and need the same.
With that said, my vent is more toward the Ms. Anti-Martini who goes around DearCupid always attacking porn, then attacking me, or counter-attacking me, then somehow sum it all up by saying that I am Category A because I express View A and B. That is a very similar concept as that guy who builds model race cars and having some religious freak of nature come along and point fingers at him saying this and that.
I know we all have perspectives, but I am seriously THIS [pinches my fingers together] close in vomitting my dinner of roast chicken, lettuce, and satayed ribs and calling it quits. The other aunts and uncles are doing a great job no doubt, and of course, I am a 'questionable' uncle [laughs demonically].
The other day someone made a thread about being disheartened because of her bad ratings. Personally, I don't care much about that, though it gives me an odd sense of pleasure knowing that I have nearly equal in bad and good ratings. What really disheartens me is narrowmindedness in people. It's like "If you're not with me, then you're against me." That sort of thinking is very disgusting.
That Anti-Martini accused me of justification of moderation. My gosh. Imagine we were arguing about the usage of Pot and alcohol! OH NOES! I am a BAD MAN because I drink wine and beer occasionally, and have tried Pot. I'm bad. Bad man.
[coughs]
YES, there are irresponsible DRUNK DRIVERS who speed down the road or zig-zag down the road, running over grandpa's and crashing into things, but is it CORRECT in saying that ALL people who drink alcohol are irresponsible drunk drivers?
YES, there are irresponsible dope heads, cocaine addicts and such who does this and that, but it is CORRECT in saying that ALL people who does an occasional joint is a bad person?
Now let's take a look at porn. Ms. Anti-Martini continuously points out that by looking at porn, we are disrespecting all women. She also pointed out that I don't do anything to recognize the mother who worked endlessly to support her children, or those women who have been fighting against abusive husbands, etc, etc, etc, etc. Those women whom has achieved this and that.
So somehow, for my comments on porn, I have again, somehow been categorized as being narrow in view and also I don't respect any women.

Is that so?
Yeah, next time I walk down the street, I'll just go spank some hot gal's ass and tell her to go cook me a hot meal, lay in bed for me, and then do my laundry afterwards. That's right. That's Martini. That bad bad Martini.
[ahem]
Man, why?!?! WHY MUST?!?!?! [drops to my knees and throws arms in the air] WHY?!?!
So there you have it. Another rant from yours truly...
