Hi,
how can i successfully change my image via DC?
I've been a replier via your site for many years now, yet when i go in to update my image, the system always tells me there is an "error" therefore i cannot update my image.
I follow all the exact steps/prompts, yet after my image is uploaded to 100%, the word "error" always comes up and i've tried updating approximately 10 times.
Why is this so and how can you rectify this problem?
