Is there anyway to get access to messages older than the ones showing in your mail box ? I can see sent messages for the past 6 years but only received messages for about the past 3-4.

I really need to check something from a message I received, but now isn't showing.

If you delete some received messages, older ones will move up in the queue and you should be able to see the older one you want to see. However, if the user has deleted his or her account, it will be deleted automatically with the deleted account.
