On Wikipedia, they use templates to flag articles for attention of editors here.
Maybe we could have (for logged-in users) some sort of tag that sends a message to all moderators, e.g.
"Cut-and-paste" - alerting all mods to copyright violations etc.
I'm not so sure if this can be done in ASP.NET - which this site is powered by, but if it can this might be worth a shot at stopping fakers/copyvios etc.
