I Can't deleat these..

Can anybody else not deleat sent messages?

I asked the same question a while back, and the answer I got was that they're automatically deleted when there's 250 messages in your sent items box, otherwise you can't delete them.

The only other way for them to be deleted is if the person deletes your sent message from their inbox.

Not really - if you delete a message from your inbox, the person who sent it gets it deleted from their sent items!

I just managed to delete all my sent messages, don't you have a 'delete' option at the top? Or does that only appear if you CAN delete them, as you said they can only be deleted if the person who receieved the message has deleted it.

There is a deleatboption, but when pushed, it does nothing. How did you manage to deleat them all? It would be pretty weird if every single person you have ever mentioned has deleated your messages therefor allowing you to deleat sent!

Hahaha...Not being mean at all! When I went to delete sent messages, there WEREN'T the tick boxes, incase people have been looking for that. It was just the delete button that's usually above it. It deleted all my sent messages though, wasn't possible for me to delete individually.

Haha... How silly of me! Those sent messages didn't delete... It just sent me back to my inbox, which I emptied before I tried to delete the sent messages. I didn't see that it had sent me to my inbox lol...So I was looking at a clean slate thinking yay It emptied. *sigh* another blonde moment!
