does he fancy me

i was out at the weekend with work for grand national night out. one of the staff keep looking at me standing beside me getting me drinks. and at one point touched my leg with his foot when some man on the karoke was over singing to his wife. he also kept leaning over and whispering to me about random stuff. at the end of the night he came off to me and told me that he had enjoyed being out with me. help i am confused and need advise does he fancy me and wot should i do about it

Yes, I think he definitely has feelings for you. Everything that you wrote answers your own question. Do you think its smart to get involved? Maybe or maybe not but only you can decide that.
