Dear Agony Aunts
You are doing such a great job in helping others. By giving up your free time to give advice to others you are showing compassion and unconditional love. But even the helpers need help sometimes.
I am fortunate to have found a wonderful friend on myspace that goes by the name of Rak (it stands for Random Acts of Kindness).
Rak has given me so many words of comfort in time of need and this video about light in our lives.
