CHICKEN (TURKEY) ROLL UPS:

Pilsbury crescent roll up

Cream cheese

cooked chicken

melted butter

fine bread crumbs

Mix cooked chicken with cream cheese. Flatten crescent rolls with rolling pin. Place 2 or more tablespoons of chicken and cheese mixture on dough; roll up. Brush outside with butter, then dip and roll in bread crumbs.

To Freeze: Place rolls separately on a cookie sheet until just frozen then put into Ziploc bags to be served later. Bake at 325 degrees for 1hour. Serve with potatoes and gravy and corn on the cob.

VERY QUICK MEAL.

WACKY CAKE

1 1/2 C of flour

1 C of sugar

3 TBSP of cocoa

1 tsp of baking soda

1/2 tsp of salt

6 TBSP of oil

1 TBSP of vinegar

1 TBSP of vanilla

1 C of cold water

Sift all dry ingredients together. Make 3 holes. In one, put the oil, in another vinegar, in the last vanilla. Pour water over the top. Beat with whisk. Bake in greased 9 inch round or square pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

A moist, inexpensive, delicious chocolate cake.
