my girlf is being hit on by some guy

there is this guy from myspace that keeps sending flirty messages even though he know my girl is taken, it annoys me a lot. they have been myspace friends for a long time but still i think this guy is disrespectful to me, and he talks to her like if i dont exist. she might get irritated if i mention that i cant stand that guy saying that i need to trust in her and that he does not mean anything to her. what should i do?

Myspace is just "myspace". Messages on there don't really mean anything. Are they friends? Do they know each other personally? You should have a talk with your girlfriend and let her know how you feel. See how she responds and acts after your talks. If she doesn't respect your wishes then maybe it is best to re-think your relationship. But you on the other hand, should have some trust in your girlfriend also. But yes, I do agree it is disrespectful to act that way towards the opposite sex while you're in a relationship. Jealousy is ugly.. no body likes it.
