Break up

Richy rich, posted over a year ago

Today I broke up with my girlfriend after 1 and a half years of going out. For the first 12 months it was bliss I was so in love I was on cloud 9, then it all began to change, she would accuse me of cheating, go through my phone to try and find something and make ridiculous demands from me. On the week end just gone (24th/25th) is when it all began to end, she saw a text on my phone to a girl saying are you going out on Sunday (My ex new this girl and new alot of people were going out on Sunday)we had a massive argument, one in which she had to storm off home, an hour or so later she came back arguing some more and even made the foolish demand that I not only do not text this individual girl but also do not have girls as friends do not txt any girl and do not talk to girls (she was being serious) after she said that we argued some more until she stormed out again, the next day we talked on the phone and he list of demands were still there she wouldn't back down about them so I suggested we take a break, we did that is until today (27th) when she sent me an email (very long one) telling me how she felt and how we are, but still in this list was the no contact with the opposite sex, anyway later today we met and in her car we discussed our felling, I told her I wasn't and haven't been happy for the past few months we had tried to work on it, arguing then saying we'd change but didn't, after some extensive crying on her part and broken heart on mine we had to break up because she couldn't change her ways. I got out of her car and left. (On the drive back to my house James blunt's goodbye my lover came on and I couldn't keep it in all the tears came out in what felt like one go, even now as I write this I feel my heart ripping in two because I will always love her with every last piece of my heart)

I writing this and posting it because I would like feedback.

Thank you

RH

You got to have friends, both males and females... and as long as you're not cheating on her and don't do anything that may cause permanent damage to yourself, you have nothing to regret.

Maybe she just feels insecure at the moment but I hope she'll come around, if not... time is a healer and best of lucks to you
