hi im 25 my husband is 61 the problem is i only married him on the rebound trying to hurt my ex.i only ended up hurting myself, as me and my ex have been in touch and finally admited our feelings are mutual and we were both young and nieve. i currently have my mum living with me and need some advice on weather my husband can just kick me out or not it is a joint tenancy please help asap xx
